Wine Blending
Winemaker, You, is a great teambuilding exercise as part of your next work related event or get together with friends or family. In our Wine Lab, listen to a short discussion about wine blending, and then you will actually blend a wine with your team. For the artsy people in your group, you will create a label for your wine.
How? The group is divided into teams and each team will blend a “Master Blend” and create a label for their wine. Several different varietals of wine are placed on each table along with cylinders for measuring, glasses for tasting, and pads for your notes. When your team has found the “Award Winning” blend, and the label, it will be submitted for judging by a panel of your own piers. Art supplies are provided to create your “Winery” label. The wine and labels will be judged and prizes given for the best blend and label. This is a Fun way to create something as a “Team” and also learn something new about the wonderful world of wine. Forget the boring meetings of the past, or gatherings with just tasting wine, this is a great way to excite your employee’s or friends with something new and tasty!
